Positive, My stay was great! The room was spotless and had a cozy vibe. The staff were super helpful and even provided pastries and tea in the lobby. Loved that the metro was just a minute away, making it easy to explore the area.

Breakfast offered a good variety, but it could use a few more options for those with specific dietary needs. However, noise from outside the building was noticeable at times, especially at night. It disrupted the peace that the beautiful room could provide. The check-in process felt a bit rushed, which could be smoother. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but addressing the noise issue would greatly enhance the experience.

The hotel is located in a rough neighborhood, making me feel uneasy during my stay. Despite the staff's friendliness, the room had a persistent noise issue that interrupted my sleep. The breakfast options were bland and limited, leaving much to be desired.

the wi-fi was absolutely non-existent during our stay, making it hard to woudl enjoy even a simple online task, not that you'd mind at a place with grimy, damaged bathroom fixtures. oh, and for my birthday, I was denied a complimentary breakfast even when the place was empty. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

I had a delightful stay at the Lx Soho Boutique Hotel By Ridan Hotels. The staff were exceptionally helpful, even offering a delightful breakfast to-go when I had an early flight. The room was very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon.

The hotel was a modern, clean oasis. Our Comfort Room was spacious with air conditioning, a balcony, and a private bathroom. Loved the minibar, flat-screen TV, and soundproofing. There was a lift and great spa facilities. A super friendly vibe. Ideal spot for exploring Lisbon!
